so... not having a license really sucks... why don't i have a license any more? well, that's a good question... unfortunately in the state of california or any state in the u.s your not allowed to drive with a BAC over 0.08%.. lol drinking and driving just isn't cool. like forreal forreal.. it was straight up irresponsible of me to do what i did and i might add.. .very EXPENSIVE!~ hmm.. so far i've spent close to $5,000 including fines, lawyer fees, dui classes, dmv fines.. and not to mention my insurance rate is going to sky rocket!! i could have ssaved $4,970 if i just called a cab... but who the hell likes to go home in a cab and wake up in the morning with no car?! ehh...

ohh yeah a few months ago i got a job as a server @ a sushi restaurant up here in v.v and it's not that bad... the only thing i'm having trouble getting used to is all the fake smiles... i mean everyone does it and its part of my job description, but i just cant seem to do it consistantly.. ultimately i just feel like a tool =[

last night the co-workers and i watched the movie "harold & kumar: escape from guantanamo bay" and the night before we watched the infamous "iron man" movie... which were both wutevers in my book. i was exausted and really stoned so i can't really tell u how good/bad they were, but when iron man suited up in his high tech gear it was fukin awesome... also iono if im the only one, but lately ive been finding myself rooting for the bad guy in all the movies i watch now... *scratches head*

on that note.. for some odd reason almost every single time i watch a movie i end up focusing on the bad acting or the shitty graphical effects or the hidden subliminal advertisements (audi, burger king, dell [iron man movie sponsors]). am i turning into an old negative thinking american tax payer or is the movie industry just coming out with some half assed movies??  and what's up with every other movie having some type of al qaeda terrorists in it? are the creators of the movie just another government puppet to portay a certain message to the american people? conspiracy or not i'm getting sick of it... i could write pages of my concpetions about this topic, but i'll save that for another blog... peace.
